One, two, three. This blog has been sleeping for about three months, and when he woke up, it is no longer in 2008. What a lazy blog (not me).
2009 Resolution
Okay, one thing. Not merely an individual resolution, but more to everybody. And it’s about the event that will be held at U of I at the end of May. May that be a successful one ever.
Oh, and I started my new year with full of joy. Even it wasn’t the 1st of January that made my day (it was on January 9th), still it is an awesome opening of 2009 for me. Why? Let’s just leave the question mark there.
What a Semester
Already in the first week of class, not to forget that will have an exam on the second week. Have to email my ‘momentum’ to ask him to come back from his road trip because he thinks that he’s still in winter break. I know he’s still enjoying his bliss, but he has to be home. Otherwise, I won’t be studying for the exam next week.
Only took 14 hours this semester, but pretty sure that the workloads will be like taking more than 14. Then the additional tasks for the coming event, will force me to be more organized on doing things. Should I be reminded that I’d never be such an organized man, so shall I now? Perhaps, this might be the time for me to change. Wohoo, so semangat. I think I should bang my head on the wall, reminding myself that I only have like 2 more years before I will start working. Oh man, are you serious? Isn’t yesterday I was sitting for EST paper, the last paper for SPM. Gosh, I’m getting older, and not only me, but you too. Yeah, you, the one that is reading my blog right now.
Should I be?
Happy? Perhaps not. I’m glad and satisfied with my life right now (but sure will be seeking for a better one as time goes by), but not for our brothers and sisters out there, stepping on bloods, rushing victims for help, howling upon the lost of their loved. Yes, our brothers and sisters in Palestine.
Talked to a friend of mine few days ago about this and there are some things that brings up interest to me to write it here. In Malaysia, people are banning and boycotting any products that support Israel. I got a lot of PMs on my messenger, on facebook, and friendster about all these. It seems like Malaysians are seriously crazily aware on this matter. But, what surprises me is when he said, that from what he observed, only about 30% of Malaysians take this as a serious matter. What happens to the rest? Isn’t Malaysia one of the respected countries in OIC? And if we look at this matter as a human right issue, shouldn’t it be more than half the populations?
Correct me if I’m wrong, back then when I was still in high school (or perhaps in primary), often I heard about boycotting this, banning that, and up until now, it is still the same method. Is it the only and only and only and only way? If one is to achieve his ambition, shouldn’t he/she prepare a lot of strategies, plans and backup plans, and etc? Left this here, and have some thoughts about it.
Am stopping here.
